| Most merchandise may be returned full refund as long as the Return Policy Criteria is met. Items being returned should be brought back to the store from which they were purchased, in their original condition with sales tags still attached. | ||
| In order for an Exchange or Return to occur: | ||
| -> The item(s) must be brought back with receipt within 30 days from purchase. | ||
| -> The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. | ||
| -> The item(s) must be in re-sellable condition. | ||
| If the above criteria is met, we will gladly Exchange or Return your item. If the item was purchased on a credit card, any money being returned MUST be put back on the same credit card. This is a requirement imposed upon us by our credit card merchant. If purchased with a check, we must wait for the check to "clear" before we will be able to return your item. For security reasons, we keep very little cash in our retail stores. Therefore we generally do not give cash refunds. | ||
